We will see the highlights of the island, I will tell you about the history of it as I have heard it from my grandpa and read from books and visit the natural northern beaches accompanied with traditional homemade Greek and Mykonian flavors.
1 hr - In mykonos town we will have a walk of 45 minutes in which we will see the windmills, the Paraportiani church, the little venice and other beautiful sights.

20 min - Ano mera is the other village of Mykonos. Here we have a 30 min stop to see the traditional village and the monastery of Tourliani.
15 min - We will visit the village of Ano Mera, a traditional and very nice to walk place.

We toured Oct 2022. Small group, good guide, good pace for sightseeing. Good price and value. Guide was informed and knowledgeable of the attractions. More walking then expected but to bad. You drive the island visit some small towns and get to see 600 small churches. Interesting culture. Also the wind mills are interesting.
First of all, Mykonos was fabulous because our guide, Matt, could not have been better. Knowledgeable about the local history that brought the island to life for us. But to conclude our day, he brought all of us on this mini tour an afternoon meal that he made himself to include local items and a bottle of his local olive oil to take home. We had this at the end of a busy day on the most beautiful beach on Mykonos. This was above and beyond and much appreciated.
A very belated review for Matthios who was amazing! On time, friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, made the tour absolutely perfect for my son and I. We toured in a beautiful clean van with AC. At the end of the tour he took us to his favorite beach and he set up a picnic spread of homemade foods that he and his wife made. Delicious and such a personal touch! He also gave us so much history, both ancient and more recent local fun stories. Gave us a parting gift of homemade olive oil that they had made. Couldn’t have been more perfect and I highly recommend.
This was a great way to learn about the island. Our guides lived there all their lives and gave us more then just the regular tour information. He even made or grew the snacks he served us.
This tour should be on top of your list when you visit Mykonos. The tour was filled with great information, kind service from Matthew and delicious lunch! Learned and explored so much on the island. Would recommend this to anyone going to Mykonos if you want a relaxing day.
